What is the difference between S-RGB and SNV4-Pro Pixel?
- Any RGB saber you purchase comes with S-RGB technology, which is the best technology in the RGB saber category. It illuminates the blade from the base of the saber, offering a solid and reliable experience. It's ideal for those seeking more active use, as it maintains good performance in combat and practice sessions. Its effects are simpler, but perfectly fulfill the essence of a lightsaber.
- The SNV Pixel system incorporates lighting throughout the entire blade, allowing for much greater brightness and a much more immersive and cinematic experience. It offers advanced effects such as progressive ignition, flashes upon contact, and dynamic animations, achieving a look very close to that of the movies. It's perfect for those seeking visual realism and a more spectacular experience, but it can also be used for light to medium intensity combat.
- Both systems have an app for maximum saber customization and come with 27 factory sound fonts with the option to modify them via SD card.
How do discounts work?
For discounts on the Padawan, Jedi Master, and Grand Master Jedi collections, you must add two sabers from the same collection to your cart for the discount to apply. The discount will be applied to the lower-priced saber.
Two different discounts cannot be applied at the same time.

What to do when you receive your product? IMPORTANT
Even though the batteries come with a small percentage of charge (for safety reasons), the battery must be fully charged before turning on the saber for the first time.
It is also essential to use the charging cable that comes with the product and to use only a 5V 1A charging block. Using one that does not meet these specifications (especially fast chargers) can burn out the internal electronics or damage the battery. It is also important not to charge it using a computer, laptop, or external battery.

Shipping to anywhere in the Mexican Republic is free.
When will I receive my order?
We work to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but generally range from 15 to 25 days. You will be provided with a tracking number once the package is close to arriving at your address, so you can keep an eye on the delivery date and time.
How does the warranty work?
Covered by warranty:
- Damage on arrival: Report any issues upon receiving the product.
- Soundboard failure: Consult our troubleshooting guide before requesting support.
- Product defects: Defects outside of industry standards will be reviewed.
Not covered by warranty:
- Dueling damage: Damage resulting from use in combat, including impacts or blows during dueling, which may stress or break skinny-neck designs.
- Obvious misuse: Misuse or intentional damage.
- Improper operation: Problems caused by improper use.
- Resold products: Items purchased on secondary markets.
- Retention screws: Ensure screws are properly installed and not overtightened. Damage to screw heads from overtightening can cause issues when removing the blade and is NOT covered by warranty.
